Luverdo Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500 ml
The fruit from which we extrude the Luverdo oil is a unique variety of olives called Galega, considered to be the noblest variety in Portugal. These are one of the sweetest olives with a delicately fruity taste. The fruits are moderately tart with vegetal notes of spicy arugula, sweet berries or delicate notes of flowers and aromatic herbs and even apple peel and freshly cut grass.
The oil itself is slightly spicy.

Shipping and delivery time
Shipping takes place within 24 hours of receipt of payment to our account or if you choose cash on
delivery.Delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of shipment and the address of the recipient.
Returns and complaints
Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer - as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a
distance.
You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us, e.g. by sending
an e-mail to: info.luverdo@gmail.com.
Return the returned item to us without delay to the following address: Am Freising Str.31 84187
Weng Germany , but no later than within 14 days from the day you have withdrawn from the
contract.
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins:
- for a contract in which we deliver a good while being obliged to transfer its ownership - from the
taking possession of the good by you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you,
- for digital content - from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.
We shall reimburse the payments made by you, including the costs of delivery of the goods under the
terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions, immediately, but no later than within 14
days from the date of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold reimbursement of the payment received from you until we have received the item
back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever event occurs first.
Please note that the consumer's right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to, inter
alia, a contract:
- in which the object of the performance is a non-refabricated item produced to the consumer's
specifications or intended to meet his/her individual needs,
- in which the object of the performance is an item that deteriorates rapidly or has a short shelf life,
- where the object of the performance is an item supplied in a sealed package which cannot be
returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery,
- where the performance object is a sound or visual recording or computer software supplied in
sealed packaging if the packaging is opened after delivery
- for the supply of digital content which is not recorded on a tangible medium if the performance has
begun with the consumer's express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and after the
trader has informed the consumer of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Complaints
In the event that goods purchased from us turn out to be faulty, you have the right to complain
about them on the basis of the warranty. The best way to lodge a complaint is by email to:

one year of the delivery of the goods. The following provisions apply to consumers.
Send the goods under complaint to the following address: Am Freising Str.31 84187 Weng Germany.In connection with a defect, you may demand:
- a replacement of the goods for a defect-free product,
- that the defect be rectified,
or make a declaration for:
- a price reduction,
- withdraw from the contract - in the case of a material defect.
We are liable to you for defects discovered before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery
of the goods.
As a rule, you can lodge a complaint within one year of noticing a defect, but the time for lodging a
complaint cannot end before the expiry of the seller's liability period.
We will consider your complaint (respond to it) within 14 days of us receiving your complaint.
